In the first decade 20th Century the Spanish Casino was a place of reunion and amusement society for Spanish immigrants, located in the exact heart of the city, is a two floor building with portal. The main facade, built under the canons of the eclecticism, exhibits columns of classic orders; moldings and  decorated borders that limit the perimeter of vain lintels and sockets; balustrade in the parapet where the Spanish Shield is located. The finish of the walls on the facade is in imitation if ashlars.

At the present time the building works as Rubén López Sabariego House of the Culture and it also has worked as main office for important events and historical facts.
